The Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Rochester is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 essay contest for high school students.
The topic this year was a quote attributed to Alexander Hamilton, also attributed to Wendell Phillips:
"I think the first duty of society is justice."

third place, $50: Safia Masri, Our Lady of Mercy High School
