Conscious Capitalism is a fast growing global movement around a business philosophy emphasizing four key characteristics: a higher purpose, stakeholder orientation, conscious leadership and conscious culture.  Proponents of this movement believe that businesses that employ sound fundamental business practices and adopt a Conscious Capitalism mindset are more sustainable, resilient and profitable in the long term.

 

Andrew Brady is Chief Evolutionary Officer at The XLR8 Team, Inc., and Founder and Co-Chair, Conscious Capitalism ROC. He earned his Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management fromCornell University.
